This is the official developer and player support website for Mewsaic Nook. We create playful puzzles built around careful choices, original pixel artwork, and the satisfaction of finding the next color.
Explore 200 campaign puzzles across ten chapters. Twenty artwork themes return with fresh palettes and puzzle variations. For an extra challenge, try the daily countdown, which rotates through ten expert puzzles.
Play at your own pace in the campaign, use free hints and undo, and collect the artwork you complete. Your progress is saved on your device.

A few helpful things to know about your nook.
How do I play?
Tap an ammo card to load an empty cannon. The number on the card tells you how many shots it holds. Cannons automatically fire at exposed tiles of the same color. Load other empty cannons while one fires, and clear the whole picture to finish the puzzle.
Why are my cannons waiting?
A loaded cannon waits when its matching tiles are hidden. Try another available color to uncover them. If every cannon is waiting, use Undo to reconsider your last load. Hints and undo are free.
Why did the Daily Challenge time out?
The daily countdown continues when you leave the challenge, lock your device, or switch apps. An expired or failed attempt can be retried with a fresh timer. The ordinary campaign has no time limit.
Why is there no sound?
Check Sound effects in the game's Settings, your device volume, and silent mode. The game's sound follows your device's silent mode.
What if the game freezes or takes a long time to open?
Close and reopen the app, then restart your device if needed. Check that you are using the latest available app version. If the issue continues, email us with your device details and the approximate wait time. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step, because that removes local progress.
Can I transfer or recover my progress?
Progress is saved locally. We do not operate a cloud-sync service and cannot recover deleted progress from a server. Your device backup may include app data, depending on your device settings. Offloading an app may retain its data; deleting it removes its local data.

The game
This policy explains how the Mewsaic Nook developer handles information in connection with the game, this website, and support correspondence.
The game does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information to us. It contains no advertisements, analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, in-app purchases, or social features. We do not sell personal information or use gameplay data for advertising.
Local data & your choices
The game stores level progress, collected artwork, current attempts, daily challenge deadlines and results, tutorial status, and sound and haptic preferences on your device. These records support gameplay and are not sent to us.
You can change sound and haptic preferences in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may retain it. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your settings, and a backup may restore earlier data. Manage those backups through your device settings.
We do not operate a cloud-sync service or hold a server copy of your progress, so we cannot recover local records you have removed.

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your message, device details, and attachments. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue.
Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver the email service. We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your support correspondence by contacting the email address below. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements and any necessary retention obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
This website
This website has no accounts, contact forms, advertising, analytics scripts, third-party embeds, or cookies set by us. All page links stay within this website, and the email address is displayed as plain text.
The hosting provider may process standard technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, and request time, to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the offline game and does not give us access to your local game progress.
Children
The game does not request personal information from players of any age. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support correspondence, contact us to request its removal.
